Day 14

Woke up at a decent time today and didn't get much accomplished. I didn't feel that great and I drank way to much water this morning way to fast. My stomach is still pretty upset, I think there may be a bug going around. They are showing the apartment tomorrow at 11 a.m. which sucks! Since I didn't clean today I have to do it all tomorrow in a time crunch, thankfully I work best under pressure! I have quite a few errands to run tomorrow too so at least I will have things to do to keep me out of the house for an hour or so. I went through the majority of my clothes today and got rid of an over flowing garbage bag full that I'm going to take to Salvation Army tomorrow. 

I'm also going to dye my hair black again tomorrow. I was going to try to wait until my birthday in May but my roots are getting pretty out of hand. I also decided if I make enough money this month I'm going to get hair extensions for my birthday! I've always wanted long hair but I have never really been patient enough to let it grow, it gets to my shoulders, I get frustrated and cut it short again. Since I'm going to the cold again I'm determined to grow it out and I think by having extensions it will keep me focused on letting it grow. I also started to work out more today! I did a few exercises during the day but not much to speak of since I wasn't feeling the best. Tonight I went for a run, only about a half mile, but I have to start some where. At every stop sign on my 'cool down' walk I did 25 jumping jacks. There were about 5 stop signs so that's good too! I went to the park and did a limited amount of arm exercises, more tomorrow I don't want to tucker myself out to much on the first day. 

I realized today that I have A LOT of things to pack and go through before I leave and the time is passing by pretty quickly so I need to start jumping on that right away. I did cheat today, I made bruschetta. It was delicious, I was craving it! I did drink a decent amount of my juice as well. Two weeks into the life style change and I weigh 128lbs My goal is to loose 8lbs before the end of the month. I have 12 days to do it, I think I can, I need to stop cheating and get serious with it though! I'm happy to be adding exercise to  my changes, my body usually responds positively to endorphin's being released!
