Today I'm going to the beach with one of my friends, the sun and being tan boost my mood. Also I've been reading about juicing and I don't see much vitamin D in many veggies so I'm going to use another source, mother nature. If I keep eating and doing what I have been doing, which is nothing. I'm pretty sure I will be over 150lbs in less than 3 months. So as of the day before my Life Style Journey here is how I measure up:
135.4 lbs
Arms 12 1/4 inches
Thighs 23 inches
Mid 30 1/2 inches
Bust 35 inches
Waist 36 1/2 inches (the part I want gone most!)
Butt 39 inches
Really hoping to get ALL of those numbers down!!! I haven't decided on a work out regimen or not yet. I'm going to get through the first week and then start to worry about exercising.
